Barb Naranche will be offering a Yoga Nidra workshop on Wednesday, January 25, 6:30-8:00 PM. Yoga Nidra is the dynamic sleep of yoga. It is a guided mediation that systematically relaxes you at every level of your being including physical, mental, emotional and spiritual layers. We can heal what we feel and this technique brings awareness to every part of your being creating a sense of wholeness. It was developed by Jennifer Reis, E-RYT 500, Kripalu Yoga Faculty, and Integrative Yoga Therapist. Cost for the workshop is $20.00 on the 25th.
