Yoga Nidra Workshop

Yoga Nidra with Barb
Wednesday, March 31
8-9 PM
Join me for a Yoga Nidra guided meditation, on Zoom on Wednesday evening, 3/31/21 from 8-9pm. Perhaps your journey will remind you that we are star stuff or perhaps you will journey elsewhere. Plan to make yourself cozy on your yoga mat, a chair, or even curled up in bed. Turning your Zoom video on is optional.
The fee for the Yoga Nidra is a contribution or lending a hand to a person or entity in need. These are challenging times for many and there are many ways to offer assistance.
To receive an invitation with link, email me at bnaranche@hotmail.com or text me at 574-536-8302.

Spring Workshop

March 19th Workshop with Barb
Spring Equinox Yin & Yoga Nidra
6:30 – 8:30 PM

The Spring and Fall Equinox are the only two times of the year when the sun rises due East and sets due West for all of us on earth. Night and day hang nearly equal in the moment before the dark gives way to the light of longer days.

Join Barb Naranche, E-RYT 500, on Tuesday evening, March 19, for a Yin Yoga and Yoga Nidra Workshop from 6:30-8:30 pm at The Awakening Realm. Our practice intention is to welcome the brightening, balancing energy of the 2019 Vernal Equinox into our lives. The workshop cost is $25.00. Reservations can be made online or by contacting the Awakening Realm.

We will meet at 6:30 and begin the evening with the calming, cooling power of a Yin Yoga practice. Yin is a meditative practice that focuses on non-agressively pressurizing the deeper connective tissue and decongesting areas of energy congestion. We will then transition into the guided meditation of a Divine Sleep Yoga Nidra, aided by the support of soft and supportive props. The Yoga Nidra journey will follow the idea of the Equinox. This practice will systematically guide and relax you at every level of your being including physical, energetic, mental, emotional, and spiritual, layers. It uses breath awareness, body scanning, healing music, and nature imagery. All you are asked to do is to remain awake and aware and “notice”, without the need to change or fix anything.
